As a general rule the more detailed or complex a project, the longer it will take to design and make, and therefore the more it will cost.  Each design element can have an impact on cost, including: internal material, external finish, door design, hinge specification, and the number of drawers.

The internal material can have a considerable impact on cost, while not being visible from the exterior.  The most cost effective internal material is white or grey melamine, then oak effect melamine (which has solid oak lipping) and the most expensive is a veneer internal, whether oak, walnut or something else.

Other considerations include access and working hours at your property. Some residential blocks have restricted working hours which could increase fitting times and in turn impact costs as we have to allow additional time in our schedule.  Top floor properties without a lift will require additional time for delivery and unloading, and might require extra team members to help unload safely, which can add to the cost.
