Our Team

Katie is our Director and the driving force behind RCJ.  RCJ was set up in 1978 by her parents and she joined the company in 2010.  Her parents were keen for her to understand all aspects of the company and she spent time with the team in the workshop and out on site fitting joinery, as well as visiting clients and learning how to draw.  Katie relishes meeting clients and using her knowledge, experience and problem-solving skills to enrich their lives.

Ruby joined Richard Cullinan in April 2022, having previously worked in architecture and interior design. This came after completing her part 1 architecture degree at Cardiff University. Having worked across various residential projects in London and the South of England, she has found combing the skills learnt from studying architecture and working in interior design to be the perfect combination for Joinery.

In the role of project manager and designer, every day is diverse; from one to one on site client meetings to independent detailed design, Ruby is motivated by this and by seeing a project through from conception to completion.
